According to Decree 119/2024 of the Government regarding electronic toll collection on roads, from 1/10/2025, car owners must convert their current toll accounts to transportation accounts linked to cashless payment methods. Vehicles without these accounts will be unable to pass through electronic toll collection (ETC) lanes.

Car owners can complete the conversion process by following the video tutorial below. An ID card and bank account are required.
