The interior showcases a minimalist style.
The Smurf sports a compact, eye-catching boxy design. Its narrow, closed-off grille and distinctive "forest eye" headlights create a unique front fascia. The large headlights, combined with a silver front bumper, give the vehicle a friendly "smiling" appearance. The charging port is centrally located at the front.
The Smurf's sides maintain a sleek, flat design. Customers can choose between two-tone or single-color paint options. The vehicle is fitted with 14-inch alloy wheels.
The interior boasts a minimalist design and is available in pink, gray, and green. Features include a two-spoke steering wheel, a rotary gear selector, a floating central control screen, and convenient storage hooks.
The Smurf measures 3,100 mm in length, 1,558 mm in width, and 1,610 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,015 mm. This makes it slightly larger than the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV, which measures 2,920 x 1,493 x 1,621 mm with a 1,940 mm wheelbase.
The Smurf has a curb weight of 815 kg and a gross vehicle weight of 1,125 kg. Built with a unibody structure, it comes standard with an anti-lock braking system (ABS). It's equipped with a 40-horsepower electric motor and, according to test results, reaches a top speed of 100 km/h.
The Livan Smurf is a rebranded version of the Geely Panda Mini EV. It's likely to share the same 17 kWh battery pack, offering a range of 200 km.
Livan plans to sell the Smurf for $5,000. Competitor Bestune Pony is also priced at $5,000 in China.
