Mitsubishi Destinator to debut at Vietnam's largest auto show 2025

Mitsubishi will showcase its newest model, the Destinator, at the Vietnam Mobility Show (26-28/12), held at the Vietnam Exhibition Center in Dong Anh.

Mitsubishi is one of over 20 brands participating in the Vietnam Mobility Show 2025 (VnMS), organized by VnExpress. Company representatives indicate the Destinator will be the highlight of their display.

This marks the Destinator's first appearance before customers in Hanoi, presented at the largest auto exhibition of 2025. The C-segment CUV, imported from Indonesia, previously debuted in TP HCM in early December.

At the exhibition, visitors can explore the Destinator's Premium and Ultimate versions, and participate in test drives on actual roads. Additional activities for attendees include children's entertainment, minigames, and lucky draws.

The Mitsubishi Destinator is the final new product in the Japanese automaker's 2025 lineup. Its initial market reception has surpassed that of two previously popular models, the Xpander and Xforce.

Within approximately one week of its launch, the company reported around 2,000 dealership orders for the Destinator, a number that continues to grow. In comparison, the Xpander, a top-selling MPV, required 5 months to achieve 2,000 sales. The Xforce, a B-segment compact crossover, took nearly 4 months.

The Vietnam Mobility Show 2025 (VnMS), Vietnam's largest auto and moto exhibition of the year, will run for three days, from 26-28/12. Held at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) in Dong Anh, the event offers free admission. It gathers numerous auto, moto, and accessory brands, providing opportunities to view and test drive the latest models, from electrified vehicles to high-performance cars, on a dedicated outdoor track spanning approximately 90,000 square meters.

Beyond vehicle displays and test drives, visitors can explore the Car Care area, designed for owners interested in vehicle maintenance, or the Car Community, a space for brand-specific activities. Families can also enjoy weekend recreation with physical activities, including the Carlympic run on a 1,5 km track around the exhibition, a dedicated game area, and various culinary options.
