The powerful impact threw the pedestrian onto the road. Both individuals on the motorbike, along with the vehicle, also fell. The pedestrian lay motionless, their subsequent condition unknown.

Driving skills are paramount to prevent such incidents. Motorbike drivers should avoid speeding or reckless overtaking in densely populated areas. Maintaining a safe distance and permissible speed allows ample time and space for emergency braking if unexpected obstacles appear. Drivers must proactively reduce speed and observe both sides of the road when approaching pedestrian crosswalks.

According to the Road Traffic Law, vehicles must yield to pedestrians crossing at designated markings. Pedestrians, in particular, should use the prioritized crossing areas when traversing the road.
