Drivers approaching pedestrian crossings should reduce speed and yield to pedestrians. Cutting into oncoming lanes and speeding around blind corners, as seen in the video, creates a serious risk of accidents.

According to Decree 168, motorbike riders who violate passing regulations and cause accidents face fines of 10-14 million VND and a deduction of 10 points from their driving license.
