On a busy Le Loi Boulevard, a young girl, seemingly a student, was spotted cycling against the flow of traffic between two rows of cars. The driver with the dashcam, startled by the cyclist heading towards their vehicle, honked as a warning.

Driving against traffic is illegal and creates a significant risk of accidents. This student's actions, weaving between cars, posed a danger to herself and other drivers. Decree 168/2024 stipulates a fine of 300,000-400,000 VND for cyclists going against the flow of traffic.
