A young man riding a motorcycle at high speed collided head-on with another motorcyclist near Doc Moi intersection, Huu Lung, Lang Son. The impact threw both riders onto the road just as a car approached. Fortunately, the car driver reacted quickly, averting a more serious accident. One motorcyclist was able to stand up after the collision, while the other remained motionless.

This incident highlights the danger of speeding out from the roadside, especially when entering a road with oncoming traffic. In this case, both motorcyclists violated traffic laws and had limited visibility due to roadside advertising signs.
