VinFast delivers nearly 11,500 electric vehicles in June

The compact VF 3 was the best-selling model with 3,667 units delivered, followed by the VF 5 with 3,060, leading the Vietnamese market.

VinFast announced its June sales figures for the Vietnamese market, reporting a total of 11,382 electric vehicles delivered. This brings the total number of vehicles delivered in the first half of 2025 to 67,569, the highest ever achieved by a car manufacturer in the Vietnamese market during the same period.

Specifically, 3,667 VF 3s were delivered, followed by 3,060 VF 5s, making them the two best-selling models in Vietnam in June. The VF 6 came in third with 1,245 units delivered, followed by the VF 7 with 725.

The Green line, specializing in ride-hailing services, also contributed to the June results, with 916 Herio Green and 1,415 Nerio Green units delivered.

By the end of the first half of the year, the cumulative sales of the VF 3 and VF 5 reached 23,083 and 21,812 units respectively. Since the beginning of the year, VinFast has delivered a total of 8,552 VF 6s and 3,586 VF 7s. Duong Thi Thu Trang, deputy general director of global sales at VinFast, attributed these results to the positive response to the company's third "Strong Vietnamese Spirit" promotion program.

In June, VinFast inaugurated its second electric vehicle factory in the Vung Ang Economic Zone, Ha Tinh province. This facility will specialize in producing compact models like the VF 3 and several new models for both domestic and export markets. Earlier, VinFast held a conference on enhancing localization, aiming to increase the localization rate of its electric vehicles to 80% by next year.
