This incentive program aims to encourage users to transition from gasoline vehicles to electric vehicles, particularly during the year-end shopping season. Hoang Ha, Global Deputy General Director of Business and Marketing for VinFast electric motorbikes, and General Director of VinFast electric motorbikes, Vietnam Market, stated, "Each electric motorbike sold will reduce an emission source from gasoline vehicles, helping to popularize green, environmentally friendly transportation. In addition to this program, the Vietnamese electric vehicle company is offering a 10% discount on vehicle prices and supporting registration fees equivalent to 2% of the vehicle's price. VinFast's banking and financial partners also provide loan support for up to 90% of the vehicle price, enabling users to acquire a vehicle with zero upfront capital.
