VinFast sells nearly 24,800 electric vehicles in April

The Vietnamese automaker delivered 24,774 electric vehicles in April, maintaining its position as the market's best-selling brand for 19 consecutive months.

Following a strong first quarter, VinFast delivered a cumulative 78,458 electric vehicles to customers by the end of April, solidifying its role in leading Vietnam's green transition trend.

In April, the Limo Green, a 7-seater MPV, was VinFast's top seller and the market leader with 6,480 units delivered. The VF 3 secured second place with 5,273 units. Following these were the VF 5 (4,732 vehicles, including the Herio Green) and the VF 6 with 2,704 vehicles sold. These four models were the best-selling vehicles in the domestic market for April.

Over the first four months of the year, the Limo Green remained the top-selling vehicle with 18,951 units. The VinFast VF 3, VF 5, and VF 7 recorded sales of 15,461, 13,404, and 9,383 vehicles, respectively. The VF MPV 7, a 7-seater family multipurpose vehicle, sold 2,526 units in April, bringing its cumulative sales since launch to 6,212 vehicles.

In the C-segment SUV category, the VinFast VF 7 also performed well in April with 1,148 vehicles sold, accumulating 4,662 units since the start of the year. According to VinFast, other models, such as: the VF 8, VF 9, Minio Green, and EC Van, also posted good sales results, contributing to the Vietnamese automaker's overall performance.

Duong Thi Thu Trang, Deputy General Director of Global Automotive Sales at VinFast, stated that maintaining sales of nearly 25,000 vehicles in April, with many models leading their segments, reflects user trust in VinFast's vehicle quality and green mobility ecosystem.

"We hope the green transition trend will continue to receive strong support, contributing positively to changing the face of urban transportation and improving residents' quality of life," she said.

Currently, VinFast offers several incentives for customers purchasing its vehicles: a 6-10% discount on the listed price (depending on the model), installment plans, a 0-down payment option, and a 3% vehicle price discount for customers trading in gasoline cars. Additionally, VinFast vehicle owners receive free charging at V-Green stations until 10/2/2029.
