The Viper measures 1,907 x 692 x 1,135 mm (length x width x height), with a wheelbase of 1,320 mm. These dimensions are slightly larger than Honda's male-oriented scooter duo, the Vario 125 and Air Blade 125. |
On 2/3, VinFast announced pricing for its two battery-swappable electric scooters, the Viper and Feliz II. The VinFast Viper costs 39,9 million VND without a battery and 45,5 million VND with a battery.
The Viper is VinFast's new model for 2026. It features a sporty, dynamic design, primarily targeting urban male customers.

The Viper's angular front design, with layered blocks, is quite similar to the Air Blade. It comes equipped with led headlights and daytime running lights, a tft speedometer, smart key, a front disc brake, and a rear drum brake. These features are also available on Honda models. |

In addition to the Viper, VinFast also announced the Feliz II's price at 24,9 million VND without a battery and 30,5 million VND with a battery. The Feliz is familiar to Vietnamese customers, having been sold since 2021. To distinguish it from the previous plug-in version, VinFast uses the "II" suffix for the battery-swappable Feliz. |

The VinFast Feliz II's dimensions (length x width x height) are similar to its predecessor, measuring 1,920 x 694 x 1,140 mm, with a 1,320 mm wheelbase, identical to the Viper. These dimensions are comparable to the Honda Vision, which measures 1,925 x 686 x 1,126 mm with a 1,277 mm wheelbase. |
At the rear, the VinFast Viper features a remote reservoir for its shock absorbers, a feature not common in this segment. Its 4 horsepower motor is integrated into the rear wheel axle. This design ensures smooth operation and reduces noise compared to chain drives, but it can be more difficult to maintain and repair.
Compared to the Air Blade's 11,1 horsepower, the Viper's power output is significantly more modest. VinFast did not disclose the Viper's torque. The VinFast Viper's trunk volume is 10 liters (when equipped with two batteries), while the Air Blade's is superior at 23,2 liters.

Both the Feliz II and Vision are equipped with a front disc brake and a rear drum brake. The engine on the VinFast Feliz II is similar to the Viper's, as is its operating range. The Honda Vision's gasoline engine power is superior at 8,8 horsepower, double that of the two VinFast electric models. |
The VinFast model's taillights are also led. Compared to the Air Blade 125, priced between 42,2-47,8 million VND, the Viper's 45,5 million VND price with a battery is nearly comparable, but it offers lower operating costs due to its electric powertrain. Rival Yadea currently does not have a product in the Viper's segment.
The Viper's convenience is significantly enhanced over traditional plug-in charging models due to its swappable batteries at public stations. This electric scooter can travel up to 156 km on two full batteries, under conditions of an average speed of 30 km/h and a single rider weighing 65 kg. A full tank of gasoline in an Air Blade (5,5 liters) can cover approximately 254 km (with an average fuel consumption of 2,16 liters/100 km, as announced by Honda).

The Feliz features a softer, more fluid design than the Viper, giving it a neutral aesthetic suitable for both men and women. Standard features include led headlights, led taillights, and a tft screen.
The scooter still uses a traditional mechanical key. In contrast, the Vision uses halogen lighting throughout, a smart key, and a speedometer that combines analog and lcd displays.

The Feliz II has a trunk capacity of 10 liters, while the Vision offers 18 liters. The VinFast Feliz's price of 24,9-30,5 million VND is significantly lower than Honda's most affordable scooter, the Vision (31,3-36,2 million VND). For purely electric scooters, the Feliz II's competitor is Yadea's new Osta model (27,5-31,2 million VND, with battery).
The Feliz II is more optimized for operating costs, while the Vision is more practical due to features like a larger trunk and extensive operating range (263 km on a full tank). Yadea offers a slightly higher price and a purely plug-in battery system. The battery rental fee for both the Feliz II and Viper is 175,000 VND per battery, or 300,000 VND for two batteries per month. The fee to swap a full battery at a station is 9,000 VND per battery per swap.
