The competition schedule is as follows: teams will arrive in Hanoi and receive their practice area on 2/12. From 3 to 5/12, the opening ceremony and group stage matches will take place. On 6/12, contestants will enter the quarterfinals, followed by the semifinals and finals. The closing ceremony and awards presentation will be held on 7/12.
The qualifying round will be held at C500 Stadium (People's Security Academy, Hanoi). The 28 participating teams are divided into groups, competing in a round-robin format within a standardized competition arena. Each group consists of four teams, ensuring fair opportunities for all. The 7 teams with the highest achievements from their respective groups, along with the one runner-up team with the highest overall score, will advance to the next round, where UAV models will compete directly for the top position in the competition.
Prior to this stage, the 28 teams successfully navigated two rigorous evaluation rounds, encompassing profile and technical assessments, to reach the qualifiers. According to the judging panel, the contestants demonstrated strong design and manufacturing capabilities, creativity in UAV applications, a spirit of scientific research, and outstanding teamwork skills. This selection reflects not only professional quality but also the widespread impact of the competition within the engineering and technology student community nationwide.
