Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC) recently announced its business performance and a series of activities for November.
In business operations, commercial electricity output in November reached 8,5 billion kWh, an increase of 4,6% compared to the same period in 2024. The accumulated 11-month output reached 97,79 billion kWh, up 7,22%, representing 91,96% of the adjusted plan of 106,35 billion kWh. Power loss continued to be effectively controlled, decreasing to 2,44% in November and 3,45% cumulatively, a reduction of 0,01% year-on-year and 0,55% below plan.

Business and customer service activities showed positive changes, particularly in customer care quality. In November, 97,83% of nearly 2,000 surveyed customers were satisfied with new electricity supply services. Cumulatively over 11 months, this rate reached 98,42% among nearly 18,000 customers. For general electricity services, 27,916 out of 28,401 surveyed customers expressed satisfaction, equivalent to 98,29%.
In terms of investment and construction, EVNNPC continued to accelerate the implementation of grid projects. By the end of November, the corporation had commenced 56 out of 76 110kV projects and energized 67 projects, a 134% increase year-on-year. "This result reflects concentrated efforts, enhanced coordination in site clearance, and decisive construction, contributing to improved power supply reliability, meeting load demands, and serving socio-economic development in the northern region", a company representative stated.

Additionally, during "Customer Appreciation Month", EVNNPC carried out various activities: implementing rural road lighting projects in remote areas; ensuring safe and stable electricity supply for 54 households in Na Bung commune, Dien Bien province. The corporation also collaborated with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion to organize the 11th "EVN Pink Week" program, with the message "Ten thousand hearts – one spirit", attracting over 300 staff members from units in Ha Noi to donate blood. It is expected that approximately 3,810 staff members across the entire corporation will participate, collecting over 3,300 units of blood.
At the end of November, EVNNPC participated in the "Power Technology – Techshow 2025" exhibition, showcasing many self-researched products from its affiliated units, including: digital substations, green substations, and robot arms for operations. Concurrently, the corporation also launched an innovation reception channel to encourage innovation and improve power management, technology, operations, and business.

For the remaining month of the year, an EVNNPC representative stated the focus is on maintaining stable grid operations, accelerating project progress, and resolving outstanding issues to complete the 2025 targets and the 2021-2025 phase. The corporation requires its units to proactively prevent overloads, energize key projects early, intensify inspections and rectify grid defects, and provide safe electricity for peak periods and year-end events in 17 northern provinces and cities.
Furthermore, the corporation will continue to implement "Customer Appreciation Month 2025" with various activities aimed at residents and businesses. These activities include: free electrical system checks, energy-saving consultations, supporting businesses with meter installation and substation cleaning, visiting disadvantaged people, and lighting rural roads in remote areas.
