The Hiep Thanh Industrial Park project, located in Phuoc Thanh commune, Tay Ninh province, received investment approval from the Prime Minister early last year. Vietnam Rubber Group is the investor, with groundbreaking scheduled for 19/12. This project, which constitutes phase one of the industrial park, covers nearly 500 hectares and represents a total investment exceeding 2,300 billion VND. It is expected to be completed in three years and will accommodate a workforce of 29,000 to 46,000 people.

According to the master plan, the project is being developed with a focus on green practices, multi-industry engagement, clean technology, and modern management. It will prioritize the development of supporting industries, high-tech processing, food production, and logistics.
Hiep Thanh Industrial Park boasts a strategic location, adjacent to National Highway 22B and Provincial Road 782B. Upon completion, it will significantly enhance regional infrastructure, create employment opportunities, boost local revenue, and attract further investment in the area.
Tay Ninh province, following recent mergers, now features three border gate economic zones: Long An, Moc Bai, and Xa Mat. Additionally, the province has one export processing zone and 59 planned industrial parks, covering a total area of over 16,800 hectares. There are also 82 industrial clusters, encompassing more than 4,421 hectares.
