The company will also invest in German Trustzler carding machines to enhance the uniformity and quality of its cotton raw materials, aiming for international production standards. Furthermore, the company plans to break ground on its Innovation Hub in late March 2026. This facility, spanning 17,000 square meters of floor space, will support research, development, and testing of new product lines.

According to General Director Nguyen Khanh Linh, these projects aim to standardize production processes, boost innovation capabilities, and meet the growing demands of both domestic and international consumers. "This is a necessary preparation for the company to participate more deeply in the global value chain," he said.
Beyond internal investment, Bong Bach Tuyet is fostering cooperation with domestic and international partners. At the event, the company signed strategic agreements with the An Khang Pharmacy system, the Buymed distribution platform, and Osaki Group from Japan. According to a company representative, these agreements will help expand market access and create room for developing products in the healthcare and beauty sectors. This not only marks a milestone in distribution channel expansion but also demonstrates a spirit of integration. "These collaborations create sustainable development resources for the company, aiming to elevate Vietnamese brands to international standards," the representative added.
Significantly, Bong Bach Tuyet plans to launch its products on Amazon US in early 2026, expanding its distribution channels and entering the USD 12-19 billion personal care cotton product market, as per Allied Market Research. The company believes its brand reputation and experience in managing production and distribution chains provide an advantage for establishing a sustainable presence in the US market, rather than just short-term exports.

International studies indicate that the average lifespan of listed companies is currently about 10-15 years. Even in the US, the average age of companies in the S&P 500 index has decreased from 61 years in 1958 to approximately 18 years. Therefore, reaching the 65-year mark is considered a rare achievement for a manufacturing company in Vietnam.
Bong Bach Tuyet was established in 1960, initially known as Cobovina Bach Tuyet factory, specializing in medical cotton production. For decades, its products have been present in hospitals, operating rooms, pharmacies, and households nationwide. At one point, the brand held up to 90% of the medical cotton market share in Vietnam.
Since 2020, Bong Bach Tuyet has undergone a restructuring phase, investing significantly in production lines, expanding capacity, and upgrading quality management standards. The company diversified its portfolio into personal care products such as makeup remover pads, masks, cotton swabs, face wipes, and mother & baby products, while maintaining medical standards as its foundation.
On e-commerce platforms, the brand currently serves over 8 million users. The company's makeup remover pads are number one on TikTok Shop and hold the top market share on Shopee, surpassing many foreign brands.
