The Top Employers Institute's 2026 assessment, released in late April, revealed that AB InBev surpassed FMCG industry standards across key pillars: strategic direction, work environment, talent attraction, and corporate culture.
A consistent regional system reinforces these pillars, encompassing: two-way dialogue and communication mechanisms, digital platforms supporting employee experience, talent development programs, multi-channel listening, and value-based recognition.
A brand representative stated that 99% of AB InBev Vietnam's local workforce participates in shaping the regional business strategy. Rather than a top-down approach, the company prioritizes a "co-creation" mechanism through dialogue, multi-dimensional feedback, and clear operational frameworks.

One of the company's people development initiatives is a strategy to identify and nurture talent at all levels. Young talent trainee programs, such as Graduate Management Trainee, Supply Excellence Trainee, and Dreamship Intern, are systematically designed to attract potential candidates and build a robust future workforce. Concurrently, regular review mechanisms (cycle review), including TSC, 180-degree assessments, 360-degree assessments, and OPR, foster frequent dialogue, enabling timely adjustments to individual development paths at each stage. This approach enhances internal cohesion and strengthens active employee participation in AB InBev's overall development strategy.
According to the group, being honored as a "top employer in the region" for three consecutive years demonstrates that AB InBev's people strategy is consistently reviewed, refined, and elevated. This not only reinforces AB InBev's standing in the labor market but also aims to build a happy and sustainable work environment for employees.
