In a separate announcement, ZTE emphasized that combining its global technological capabilities with AC Logistics' local operational strength – as a logistics business of the Ayala Group – will enhance supply chain reliability, operational efficiency, and project delivery timelines in the Philippines.

Previously, Cebu Customs and Port met with ZTE Philippines Inc. regarding shipments for its projects with local corporations, with all goods expected to clear through Cebu port.

AC Logistics Holdings Corp is an integrated logistics company in the Philippines, providing services from customs and warehousing to distribution. It is a subsidiary of the Ayala Group. ZTE Corp is a multinational technology group from China, operating in telecommunications, network infrastructure, and global information technology solutions.
