ACV announced the senior personnel change on its website on the afternoon of 3/2, one day after the decision took effect. The notice was signed by Le Van Khien, a member of the Board of Directors, rather than Chairman Vu The Phiet, who signed the most recent announcement two weeks ago.
According to the decision, Nguyen Duc Hung's new role is deputy general director in charge of ACV's executive board. Hung, born in 1978, holds master's degrees in business administration and telecommunications electronics.
ACV currently does not have a general director, so Hung's current position effectively makes him the highest-ranking individual on the executive board. This role was previously held by Nguyen Tien Viet.

On the same day, ACV also appointed Pham Thi Phuong, Head of the Accounting Department (Finance - Accounting Board), to be in charge of accounting. Typically, the chief accountant is the primary person responsible for a company's accounting operations.
ACV currently manages and operates 23 airports nationwide, including 11 international airports. The corporation is the investor for the Long Thanh International Airport project, with a total estimated investment of approximately 336,630 billion VND. The company's revenue primarily comes from passenger services, with other sources including landing and takeoff services, ground services, and passenger security.
ACV has a charter capital exceeding 35,828 billion VND, with the Ministry of Finance representing State capital, holding 95.41%. The company's shares have been traded on the UPCoM exchange since 11/2016. The stock is currently priced around 56,000 VND, marking an increase of about 15% year-to-date.
The company has not yet released its financial report for last year's fourth quarter, despite the deadline being the end of 1/2026.
