The government identifies business households as a key economic force that needs access to digital solutions and transparent operations. This policy is evident in tax procedure reform programs, the promotion of cashless payments, and the application of technology in business management.
Recently, the Ministry of Finance and the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee launched a "60-day peak campaign to transition from lump-sum to declaration-based tax," helping business households familiarize themselves with the tax declaration process.

Responding to this campaign, Agribank and VNPAY are providing direct support in wards, markets, and service areas across Ho Chi Minh City. They assist business households and small traders in establishing electronic tax declaration and transaction management processes.
An Agribank representative stated that the initiative ensures "no business household is left behind" in the digital transformation process. It aims to provide people with simple, legally compliant access to technology, starting with two essential needs: tax declaration and payment.
For tax declaration, VNPAY Invoice, an electronic invoice solution, connects directly with the Tax Department's system, supporting real-time invoice creation, submission, and storage. The VNeDOC electronic contract solution and VNPAY CA digital signature help business households sign, submit, and store documents faster, reducing errors compared to traditional paper methods.

Agribank and VNPAY are also implementing various digital solutions tailored for small-scale stores, including: VNPAY SmartPOS, VNPAY PhonePOS (which turns a phone into a point-of-sale device), and VNPAYQR. These methods accept payments from cards and bank accounts to e-wallets. Transaction data updates instantly, helping business households track accurate sales and provide transparent evidence for tax declaration.
Additionally, a system of seller support tools, such as: Soundbox, sales management software, and the Merchant View platform, helps business households visually monitor revenue, expenses, sales, and transaction history. This optimally supports data aggregation and reporting to the tax authority.
According to a VNPAY representative, the solutions aim to help business households quickly adapt to technology, reduce the risk of errors during declaration, and build a transparent, sustainable management foundation for their operations.
Many business households in high-retail density areas, such as Sai Gon and Ben Thanh wards, expect that adopting QR payments and electronic invoices will accelerate sales processes, clarify data, prevent document loss, and significantly reduce tax declaration pressure.
The Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department noted that the collaboration with Agribank and technology enterprises has helped shorten support times and improve the quality of processing transition documents, easing the burden on tax officers at direct reception points.
A bank representative stated that Agribank's collaboration with VNPAY in this campaign demonstrates its commitment to realizing the Party and Government's major policy on national digital transformation and building a comprehensive, transparent, and modern financial system.
In the coming time, the bank will continue to intensify direct support at traditional markets, business clusters, and service areas, fostering digital habits in sales operations and transaction management.
