Established in 1994, AmCham Vietnam previously operated through two independent chapters in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. After 32 years, members from both chapters recently approved new bylaws, establishing a national organizational structure.
This historic vote led to the election of AmCham Vietnam's first national Board of Directors, comprising 27 members who represent over 650 businesses and nearly 3,000 individual members across Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and the Central region.
