A series of three specialized exhibitions in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in september served as an opportunity for the company to further demonstrate this transformation. The events included Vietnam Technology Expo 2026 (VIEEXPO), Vietnam International Infrastructure, Construction and Industrial Utilities Exhibition 2026 (Viet Industry), and Vietnam Interior & Construction Exhibition (VIBE) 2026.
According to an Austdoor Group representative, each event showcased a different aspect of the group's expansion from a product manufacturer to a provider of comprehensive construction solutions.

At VIEEXPO 2026, the group presented the message "Opening new spaces", featuring an exhibition area that connected various solution groups instead of separating individual brands or product categories. The exhibition content was organized around five approaches: architecture, safety, smart buildings, clean energy, and sustainable cooperation. This demonstrated the company's expanded scope of operations, moving beyond doors to include materials, technology, energy, and services.
Following this, at Viet Industry 2026, the group introduced solution sets tailored to the needs of industrial projects. The exhibition focused on requirements ranging from materials, mechanical and electrical systems, energy, and automation to operation and maintenance. The goal was to serve investors, EPC general contractors, MEP contractors, design consultants, and plant operators.
Continuing the exhibition series, at VIBE 2026, ADG further extended its reach into architecture, construction, interior design, and living spaces. It connected its technological and manufacturing capabilities with the needs of architects, investors, contractors, and customers.
According to the company representative, while the two exhibitions in Hanoi showcased capabilities in technology, manufacturing, and industrial solutions, VIBE in Ho Chi Minh City served as a point to connect these capabilities with the needs of architects, investors, contractors, and customers in residential, commercial, and construction finishing sectors.
Participating in three major exhibitions within one month highlights that Austdoor Group (ADG) is shifting from product supply to developing solutions that meet diverse customer needs.
This model integrates products with design, engineering, construction, operation, and services within a single project, aligning with the group's new development strategy.

Austdoor Group (ADG) was established in 2003, building its market position in the door industry for over two decades. From this initial foundation, the group gradually expanded into steel doors, wooden doors, aluminum doors, aluminum materials, structural solutions, electrical and energy systems, digital technology, and technical services.
The group's expansion occurs amidst increasing demands for construction projects. Typically, a project might involve working with multiple suppliers for each component. Therefore, the challenge for investors extends beyond product quality to managing numerous points of contact, ensuring technical coordination, meeting deadlines, installation, and after-sales service.
To address this challenge, ADG developed a "one project - one point of contact - multi-solution" approach. This connects product groups and technical capabilities within a single system, rather than supplying independent components. This model can help reduce coordination points, enhance product and technical synergy, and maintain continuous service throughout the project lifecycle.

Currently, Austdoor Group operates 9 factories in Vietnam and Cambodia, covering a total area of approximately 300,000 m2, with over 1,500 employees. This foundation enables ADG to develop solutions ranging from doors, aluminum materials, and structures to energy, technology, and services.
Specifically for extruded aluminum, the production facilities in Hung Yen and Dong Nai have a combined area of about 80,000 m2, with a capacity of approximately 30,000 tons per year.
"Production capacity is part of the process of developing construction solutions. Connecting production with engineering, supply, distribution, and services helps the company expand its role from product provider to supporting customers through many stages of implementation and use," a group representative emphasized.
In terms of services, the Austcare system helps the company maintain customer relationships after product handover, especially for long-lifecycle projects.
From its production foundation and technical capabilities to its after-sales service system, Austdoor Group is progressively perfecting its model of providing integrated construction solutions. This is also the core focus of the "From a door to an ecosystem that opens new spaces" strategy that the group is pursuing in its new development phase.
