Discussions during the event focused on several key areas: shopper characteristics on e-commerce platforms, the role of content and hosts in livestream sales, the process of implementing a mega livestream session, and methods for optimizing real-time sales performance.

Participating brands also observed a livestream session in action, from content preparation and production setup to execution and performance measurement.
