BSH Vietnam Home Appliances Company Limited launched its new showroom at Crescent Mall, Tan My ward, TP HCM, on 10 October. This marks the brand's second experience point in TP HCM and its third nationwide.

Representatives from Bosch Home Vietnam, including General Director Stefan Regel and Board Member Oguzkan Akar, along with Peter Kompalla (second from right), Head Representative of the German Industry and Commerce in Vietnam, officiated the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the store.

According to Stefan Regel, a representative from Bosch Home Vietnam, purchasing high-value home appliances requires more than just viewing them on a screen or reviewing specifications on paper. Consumers need a tangible physical touchpoint: to examine the intricate details, feel the stainless steel material, and directly operate various features.

The new showroom features an open-plan design, simulating a real kitchen to bridge the gap between customers and products. Here, consumers can personally open and close oven doors to assess the solidity of the hinges, slide the touch control panel on an induction hob, or check the quietness of a dishwasher during operation.

"These hands-on experiences allow consumers to verify German durability and quality before investing in their homes", the representative stated.

Additionally, the everyday utility category features high-power handheld vacuum cleaners, air fryers, multi-functional blenders, and specialized pots and pans optimized for Bosch induction hobs.

"This synchronized combination creates a convenient ecosystem, optimizing functionality and enhancing seamless aesthetics for any kitchen", the representative added.

Many consumers visited and experienced the new shopping space on 10 October. The organizers also arranged a series of mini-games to explore features, offering exclusive gifts and photo opportunities at the check-in area.

To celebrate the Crescent Mall showroom's launch, Bosch is offering special discounts and complimentary home appliances, along with an official warranty policy from BSH Vietnam, until the end of October.
