According to the investor, as Quang Tri promotes urban development with synchronized infrastructure and improved living spaces, well-planned residential areas in local administrative centers are attracting market interest. Building on this, Centa Land is developing Centa Diamond Riverside to meet the residential, business, and investment demands in Vinh Linh district.
The urban area spans about 7,3 hectares, featuring synchronized infrastructure and diverse utility systems. The project includes adjacent land plots, villas, and commercial townhouses.

Centa Diamond Riverside is located in Vinh Linh commune, Quang Tri province (formerly Ho Xa town, Vinh Linh district), along National Highway 1A, a vital North-South transportation route. One side of the project borders National Highway 1A, while the other faces the Ho Xa River and a planned expansion area, facilitating transport connections and commercial development. From this location, residents can reach Hien Luong Bridge historical site in about 8 km, Vinh Moc Tunnels historical site in 10 km, Cua Tung Beach in about 15 km, and Amber Tay Bac Ho Xa Industrial Park in about 5 km. The area also benefits from inter-regional transport axes like the National Highway 1A bypass and the North-South expressway.
Due to its central administrative location, the project offers easy access to existing amenities such as the central market, schools, medical facilities, and neighboring residential areas. The internal transportation system is planned to connect logically with regional infrastructure, meeting daily travel and living needs.

Centa Diamond Riverside is planned as a modern new urban area, allocating significant space for internal utilities and green areas. The technical infrastructure features modern investments, including interconnecting internal roads between sub-zones, an underground electrical system, natural stone pavements, and a master-planned drainage system. This ensures stable operation and enhances urban aesthetics.
Beyond infrastructure, the project includes internal park spaces, a riverside park, a community activity area, and a commercial-service zone, catering to residents' shopping, socializing, and business needs. According to the investor, the project's development strategy focuses on synchronicity and practical usability, aiming to create a "green, clean, beautiful, and bright" urban area—an ideal riverside living space.

Legally, the project has completed all procedures and obtained a common land title, establishing a foundation for subsequent phases as regulated. Regarding technical infrastructure construction progress, 90% of the work is complete, with handover to customers anticipated in March. Products are developed based on unified planning, ensuring spatial and infrastructure synchronicity.
Centa Diamond Riverside is one of Centa Land's projects in Central Vietnam. The company is currently developing several residential and urban areas in Quang Tri, Da Nang, Hue, Quang Ngai, and Dak Lak. By 2030, Centa Land aims to expand its land bank to about 500 hectares, implement about 30 projects with an estimated total investment of 25.000 billion VND, focusing on cities with developing infrastructure and expanding new projects.
