Thai Thi Thu Thao, Human Resources Director of Central Retail Vietnam, stated that these achievements demonstrate the company's long-term commitment to building a happy, fair work environment, fostering development opportunities, and delivering excellent employee experiences across its entire system.
According to Thao, listening is at the heart of a good work environment. Over the past year, all improvements in employee benefits, training, and career advancement opportunities were developed based on feedback from employees. "This helps us act precisely and deliver the most practical value to our team", Thao said.
Key factors helping the company achieve the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2025 award include: the ICare culture, which promotes innovation, engagement, ethics, and customer focus, along with the Vietnam Potential Human Resources Management program, implemented in parallel with clear career paths for both store and office employees.
