Panasonic Vietnam launched this nationwide program for households using genuine Panasonic air conditioners purchased from 1/1/2018.

Participants in Panasonic's annual 2025 customer care program will receive one free maintenance service for a Panasonic air conditioner imported and distributed from 1/1/2018, provided it is on the eligible list. This ensures stable operation of the appliance. Additionally, Panasonic offers a 50% discount on replacement accessories, such as remote controls and air conditioner filters, subject to availability.

Panasonic technicians will also provide detailed advice on proper usage and care, extending product lifespan and ensuring a healthy, comfortable living environment for families.

A company representative stated that over many years of implementation, Panasonic Vietnam has provided more than 10,000 maintenance services, ensuring stable product operation and improving family quality of life. A Panasonic Vietnam representative commented, "Each maintenance visit is an opportunity for Panasonic to care for every customer experience by thoroughly cleaning appliances, maintaining efficiency, and saving energy." They added, "Through this program, controlled substances are also recovered, allowing customers to contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, protecting the environment, and maintaining a green lifestyle for their entire family."
