Through the campaign, Dat Phuong Group, in collaboration with the Cu Lao Cham - Hoi An World Biosphere Reserve, is implementing a program to fund forest regeneration and ecosystem restoration. The group has allocated a budget of 1 billion VND to plant dispersed tree seedlings between 2026 and 2030. In addition to providing seedlings, the company will support transportation, care, and replanting according to the Management Board's professional plan, contributing to ecosystem recovery efforts within the world biosphere reserve.

Recognized by UNESCO in 2009, the Cu Lao Cham - Hoi An World Biosphere Reserve is a unique ecological region of Vietnam, boasting diverse biodiversity with over 950 aquatic species and distinct cultural values. However, nature conservation efforts face significant impacts from climate change, tourism development pressures, and urbanization.
Beyond these activities, a company representative stated their desire to spread awareness about nature conservation and inspire more people to join the journey toward sustainable development. The company anticipates calling for "1 billion small actions" that positively impact the environment from customers, partners, and the wider community. These actions could include using cloth bags instead of plastic bags, opting for electric vehicles over high-emission transport, or planting a green tree.
"Amidst the harsh impacts of climate change, we all clearly recognize that major future changes always begin with very small actions in the present", said the company representative.

Dat Phuong Group announced the campaign also aims to support Vietnam's Net Zero roadmap by 2050. The company emphasized that "this activity is the beginning of long-term commitments toward sustainable development".
For many years, sustainable development was often viewed as part of corporate social responsibility. Now, with climate change, resource scarcity, and increasing demands from the global market creating shifts, sustainable development has become a foundation for competitiveness and long-term growth.
