The HoSE announced its decision to approve the listing of Dien May Xanh Joint Stock Company shares on the afternoon of 27/7.
While the first trading day has not been announced, Dien May Xanh's management anticipates it will be in early August. The company has approved a reference price of 80.000 dong for its debut session, matching its initial public offering (IPO) price.
Dien May Xanh's market capitalization is estimated to reach approximately 101.000 ty dong, equivalent to 3,8 billion USD. This figure significantly surpasses that of its parent company, The Gioi Di Dong (93.000 ty dong), positioning it as a potential candidate for the market's top 30 largest capitalization stocks.
Prior to submitting its listing application, Dien May Xanh successfully completed its initial public offering, with 93% of the offered shares subscribed. Approximately 60 domestic and international investment funds participated in this transaction.
During pre-IPO events, many investors questioned whether to hold shares of The Gioi Di Dong or Dien May Xanh once both were listed. Doan Van Hieu Em, General Director of Dien May Xanh, stated that each enterprise has a distinct role and growth narrative; therefore, investment choices depend on individual preferences and expectations.

Mr. Hieu Em repeatedly stressed Dien May Xanh's continued growth potential, even as the electronics market gradually saturates and competition intensifies. The company aims for 122.000 ty dong in revenue and 7.350 ty dong in profit this year. By 2030, these figures are projected to reach 182.000 ty dong and 13.000 ty dong respectively.
In the first half of the year, Dien May Xanh generated nearly 65.300 ty dong in revenue, a 31% increase year-on-year, completing over half of its annual target. Management reported that its retail chains for phones, electronics, and genuine Apple devices all achieved double-digit revenue growth without opening new stores. Beyond retail, Dien May Xanh also earns revenue from providing financial services and equipment installation and repair.
