The company was founded in 2000 by Ngo Quoc Cuong, initially focusing on steel trading. It later expanded into paper, chemicals, construction materials, and related sectors, gradually forming a multi-industry operational ecosystem.
In the upcoming phase, the chemicals and construction materials sector will remain Apollo Group's core business. Concurrently, the group will expand investments into strategically valuable long-term sectors. The group plans to concentrate on three main directions: strengthening the chemicals and construction materials sector through production and R&D investment; optimizing the structure of member units to boost operational efficiency; and selectively expanding into related fields such as pharmaceuticals and plastics.
Under this new direction, Apollo Group will serve as the governing and strategic guiding entity for the entire ecosystem. Apollo Silicone stands as the flagship brand in the chemicals and construction materials sector. Additionally, Apollo Biopharma, TTG, Quoc Huy Anh Corp, and other member units will develop within their specialized fields, all operating under a unified framework of governance, finance, operations, and investment strategy.
Speaking at the event on 15/6, a representative of Apollo Group stated that for the past 26 years, Apollo maintained a centralized governance model. This structure supported a unified vision, shortened decision-making processes, and ensured long-term investment commitments.
In the new phase, governance requirements have become more complex as the operational scale, industry portfolio, and number of member units have all increased. The company expects that transitioning to a group model will facilitate more effective resource allocation and enhance coordination across production, research and development, distribution, and market support.

For many years, the company has maintained collaborations with Shin-Etsu of Japan and Dow Chemical of the US. These partnerships focus on raw materials, technology, technical standards, and market development. In the financial sector, Vietcombank and BIDV support the company in a number of plans and investment projects.
These foundational partnerships, financial backing, and operational capabilities provide the basis for the group to continue expanding investments into production, research and development, and sectors with long-term growth potential.

Coinciding with the announcement of the Apollo Group's new identity, the group inaugurated Apollo Haus Ha Noi. The facility features executive offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, product display spaces, and areas for business networking activities.
Apollo Haus Ha Noi meets diverse business and aesthetic needs, with its architectural style establishing it as the group's operational hub in the northern region. The new office enhances operational capacity, customer support, partner connectivity, and coordination with the regional distribution system. This office marks a tangible step in the company's long-term strategy to increase its presence in a key market, given the ongoing rise in demand for infrastructure, industry, and construction materials in the north.
According to a representative from Apollo Group, the new identity is the starting point for a synchronized implementation process across the entire system. Its effectiveness will be measured by the operational capacity and growth of member units in the coming period. The 15/6 event, therefore, signifies more than just a change in image. It marks the moment Apollo officially establishes its group structure, reinforces its core business, and moves its ecosystem expansion strategy into a clearer implementation phase.
