Indovina Bank honored with two international awards

Indovina Limited Bank (IVB) was recognized by the Asian Banking & Finance (ABF) Awards 2026 in two categories: SME Community Support of the Year and Digital Business Banking Initiative of the Year.

The Asian Banking & Finance Awards are annual accolades presented by Asian Banking & Finance, recognizing financial institutions and banks across Asia for outstanding initiatives in innovation, service quality, and customer value.

The SME Community Support of the Year award acknowledges IVB's efforts in supporting the business community, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), through long-term financial solutions. These initiatives enhance adaptability and sustainable development, moving beyond short-term support programs.

During the 2024-2025 period, the bank implemented various programs for business customers, including: flexible debt restructuring for businesses impacted by natural disasters, preferential interest rates and service fees, customer appreciation programs, and new business customer referral initiatives, with a total incentive budget of up to 1 billion dong.

These activities fostered sustainable growth in IVB's business customer segment. By the end of 2025, outstanding business customer loans increased by 18% compared to the previous year, corporate deposit volumes remained stable, and the bank attracted many new business customers.

Notably, the SME group also represents a growing proportion of the bank's business customer portfolio. According to the organizers, this was the basis for ABF recognizing IVB in the SME Community Support of the Year category.

In the Digital Business Banking Initiative of the Year category, ABF acknowledged IVB's achievements in developing a digital banking ecosystem for business customers through the IVB Biz+ platform.

Launched in late 2025, IVB Biz+ was developed with a mobile-first approach, replacing the previous Internet Banking system and supporting transactions on both web and mobile application platforms.

The system enables businesses to conduct various transactions, including: domestic and international money transfers, foreign exchange transactions, cash flow management, loan balance inquiries, and multi-level approvals on mobile devices. The platform also integrates Smart OTP and biometric authentication to enhance security.

IVB stated that Biz+ helps businesses enhance financial management capabilities and shorten transaction approval processes. Since its launch, the application has received positive feedback from many customers. Concurrently, the bank has implemented various incentive programs to encourage business customers to utilize digital services.

Over many years, IVB has invested in building a comprehensive financial ecosystem, ranging from credit solutions and cash flow management to digital banking, to meet the increasingly diverse needs of the business community amidst digital transformation and international integration.

An IVB representative stated that the two awards reflect IVB's consistent direction: prioritizing business customers while developing technology-integrated financial solutions to enhance customer experience.

"Being recognized by ABF acknowledges the quality of IVB's products, services, and innovation capabilities, providing further motivation for us to continue investing in our digital banking ecosystem and accompanying Vietnamese businesses on their journey of sustainable development in the digital economy," a representative shared.
