Located in Thuan Loi commune, the project comprises key components, including: a high-tech concentrated livestock farming zone covering 410 hectares; a closed-chain high-tech animal feed production, processing, and agricultural product processing zone spanning 76 hectares; a fruit tree and medicinal plant cultivation zone covering 600 hectares; and an integrated technical infrastructure system on 80 hectares.
The project embraces a circular economy model, reusing by-products and waste, and utilizing renewable energy. This approach aims to save energy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and protect the environment.
The Dong Nai Department of Agriculture and Environment is the investor for the project, with an estimated total capital of 30,500 billion VND. Operations are expected to commence in 2029.

Nguyen Kim Long, permanent vice chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, stated that the high-tech concentrated livestock farming, production, and agricultural product processing project in Thuan Loi commune clearly demonstrates the province's determination to innovate agricultural development thinking towards a modern, sustainable direction.
"The project will not only contribute to in-depth agricultural restructuring but also aims to build a modern, closed-loop, circular production model – from breeding stock, livestock farming, cultivation, and processing to consumption and export," Long said.
