Eurowindow CEO Nguyen Canh Hong delivered a crucial message to over 3,000 employees nationwide, signaling the launch of a 90-day "best workplace redesign" campaign. This initiative comes as the company significantly ramps up production and execution of large-scale projects. It also addresses the increasingly stringent demands from partners and investors regarding product quality, technical specifications, and timelines, alongside intensifying competition within the construction materials sector.
According to company leadership, a fundamental shift in both mindset and actions is not merely an urgent requirement but a critical lever for competitive strength. This transformation is essential for reinforcing Eurowindow's brand position in the aluminum and glass door and partition industry. While Eurowindow has consistently been recognized among Vietnam's top 100 best workplaces and the top 10 in the construction materials industry for several consecutive years, CEO Nguyen Canh Hong emphasizes that past achievements do not guarantee future success. He believes the entire system's operational effectiveness must be built on a strong internal foundation, with people at the core of achieving sustainable development goals.

In implementing the 90-day campaign, leaders across the company's divisions and units are committed to five main objectives. These range from understanding employee aspirations to promptly motivating and boosting the morale of individuals and teams, fostering their engagement and long-term commitment to the company.
A key focus of the campaign is ensuring competitive income and comprehensive benefits for all employees. Eurowindow pledges to continue paying salaries fully and on time, implement holiday and Tet bonuses, and provide unexpected innovation incentives. The company will also refine its performance evaluation system for greater transparency, directly linking work effectiveness to income and development opportunities. Healthcare programs for employees are also a crucial component of the company's long-term welfare policy.
"We aim to build a system of clear, transparent policies, helping every employee understand their rights, responsibilities, evaluation criteria, and personal development and promotion pathways," said Lai Thanh Thao, Eurowindow's HR Director.
Beyond income and benefits, the company is investing in improving working conditions for teams across offices, branches, and factories. According to a company representative, providing specialized tools, enhancing office and workshop spaces, and ensuring safety standards are fundamental to boosting employee productivity and fostering a secure work environment. Another crucial aspect throughout the campaign is establishing a transparent and efficient work environment. Eurowindow continues to standardize its processes, regulations, and KPI evaluation systems, emphasizing quantitative over qualitative metrics in performance assessment. This approach fosters a work culture based on fair recognition, where the principle of "work more, earn more" accurately acknowledges individual contributions, serving as the foundation for motivating the entire human resources team.
Training and human resource development also stands as a key pillar outlined by the company for the year. Eurowindow is intensifying programs to enhance professional expertise, management skills, leadership capabilities, and adaptability for its human resources team. Alongside training, the company aims to establish clear career development pathways for each human resource group. It prioritizes internal talent development, creating opportunities for capable, proactive employees with strong performance to be challenged in higher management and specialized roles. "This increases promotion opportunities while attracting candidates seeking long-term career development," a company representative stated.
The 90-day campaign's system-wide implementation necessitates close coordination among functional divisions, factories, branches, and regional offices. According to a Eurowindow representative, each unit will review its current situation, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans tailored to its specific work and human resources.
