One Mount and Techcombank launch T-Shop sales management application

One Mount Group and Techcombank developed T-Shop, an integrated sales and financial management platform, enabling business households to manage all operations within a single application.

The new application was introduced in Hanoi on 30/5. Representatives from both sides highlighted the synergy between technology and finance companies, aiming to help business households access new management tools, thereby enhancing their competitiveness and adapting to current digital transformation trends.

During the program, leaders from both organizations noted that business households play a key role in our nation's economy but face a range of challenges. These include operational management, cash flow transparency, electronic invoicing, and meeting increasingly stringent tax and accounting requirements. The T-Shop application was created to address these issues.

Leveraging its strengths in technology, data, and artificial intelligence (AI), One Mount serves as T-Shop's strategic technology partner. Combined with Techcombank's financial advantages, both parties aim to provide a core technology platform, product development capabilities, and experience in building digital solutions for businesses and business households.

"With a focus on simplicity, accessibility, and ease of use, T-Shop empowers business households to adopt modern management models at low cost and with convenient operations right on their phones," a One Mount representative said.

Specifically, through this platform, business households can manage orders, revenue, issue electronic invoices, track cash flow, and implement sales programs all within one application. The direct connection to Techcombank's financial ecosystem also ensures business data is recorded comprehensively and transparently.

T-Shop also collaborates with partners, such as Cenvi and Bao Tin, to provide free in-depth tax consulting packages for business households. It supports connecting bank accounts with Etax Mobile and offers service packages worth up to 7,5 million VND for business establishment procedures and tax reporting.

Beyond management functions, the platform integrates sales support tools via ShopDeals, Food Delivery services within the Techcombank ecosystem, and the OneU platform. Users can create promotional vouchers, open online stores, and access the bank's customer base.

The application also supports diverse payment methods: QR codes, bank transfers, and SoftPOS, which transforms a phone into a card acceptance device.

At the event, Vu Duc Tuan, Product Technology Director of One Mount Group, stated that digital transformation truly creates value when technology addresses specific daily business operational needs.

"With T-Shop, we hope to provide a simple yet powerful tool to help business households manage more effectively, reduce operational burdens, and create a foundation for long-term sustainable growth," Vu Duc Tuan added.

The development of T-Shop is also part of One Mount's long-term strategy to deeply apply technology, data, and AI to connect value chains across various sectors, including finance, retail, real estate, healthcare, and lifestyle.

In the next phase, One Mount will continue to expand its digital platforms for merchants, ranging from supply chain management to solutions supporting operations and revenue growth. These platforms will connect the B2C ecosystem, linking businesses and business households with consumers, thereby providing a more synchronized and personalized experience.
