EVA Air launched the Vietnam - Dallas–Fort Worth route on 3/10, initially offering three flights per week. After two months of operation, the airline will double its flight frequency to Dallas–Fort Worth, increasing to 5 flights per week from 18/11 and 7 flights per week from 15/12. Passengers can book flights from three airports: Noi Bai (Hanoi), Tan Son Nhat (TP HCM), and Da Nang, to Dallas–Fort Worth airport daily.
Dallas–Fort Worth is currently the second destination in Texas and the 9th in North America within EVA Air's network. Previously, EVA Air operated 8 routes to North America, including: Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, Chicago, Houston, Toronto, Vancouver, and San Francisco.
Mr. Clay Sun, President of EVA Air, stated that this route marks nearly 30 years of cooperation between EVA Air and Dallas–Fort Worth airport, which began in 1998 with cargo transport.
According to the President of EVA Air, the new route offers a convenient option for Vietnamese passengers, optimizing the itinerary with only one connecting layover in Taipei. This saves time and simplifies necessary procedures.

On the journey to Dallas–Fort Worth, passengers will experience flights aboard the advanced Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. At both Taipei and Dallas–Fort Worth airports, EVA Air deploys Vietnamese ground staff to assist passengers, especially those traveling alone to visit relatives, the elderly, or those facing language barriers.
A representative from EVA Air in Vietnam emphasized that Vietnam is a key market for EVA Air in Southeast Asia. Therefore, the airline continuously trains and expands its team of over 400 Vietnamese cabin crew and ground staff to ensure satisfaction and the best experience on every journey.
The new route to Dallas–Fort Worth enables EVA Air to operate 90 flights per week to North America. This expansion meets the needs for tourism, study abroad, visiting relatives, business, and trade for passengers and Vietnamese expatriates.
