From 9/9 to 14/10, electricity companies under EVNSPC engaged directly with voters and reported to local National Assembly delegations in 5 localities: Dong Nai, Vinh Long, Tay Ninh, Ca Mau, and Dong Thap. These engagements addressed 22 specific concerns regarding electricity supply, business operations, and infrastructure investment in the respective areas.
Discussions focused on key areas: electricity grid investment and construction, clearing safety corridors for power lines, and relocating electrical infrastructure. They will also forward essential issues to the Government and relevant ministries for consideration.
Parallel to these local activities, EVNSPC maintains ongoing channels for receiving and processing customer feedback. These included 19 feedback instances via social media and 5 cases received through mail and email.

Upon receiving information, the electricity unit investigated each case, cross-referenced relevant data, and explained the findings to customers.
The customer care center resolved all 24 cases, with customers expressing agreement after explanations. For concerns posted on social media, posters voluntarily removed the content after receiving information and clarification.
