Fulfillment solution helps sellers control operational costs

Fastock Vietnam introduces a technology-integrated fulfillment logistics solution, helping businesses restructure warehousing and operational costs, improving business efficiency and responsiveness.

This information was shared at the Big Seller E-Commerce Summit Vietnam 2026, themed "Unlocking the next of growth", held on 15/8 in TP HCM. The event gathered experts and businesses in the e-commerce sector to share practical strategies for breakthroughs in 2026.

As the exclusive sponsor of the E-Commerce Summit Vietnam 2026, Fastock Vietnam Logistics Co., Ltd. (a provider of warehousing and fulfillment solutions within the J&T Express ecosystem) presented an in-depth paper titled: "Optimizing profit solutions for businesses: a perspective from Fastock Vietnam's fulfillment service".

Ms. Tran Ngoc Ha, Sales Director at Fastock Vietnam, highlighted the practical value that the fulfillment solution offers to the seller community. Her presentation addressed the current operational challenges faced by businesses and store owners, proposing a transformation model based on three pillars.

In today's dynamic market, optimizing the supply chain is a top priority for businesses and sellers in Vietnam. Recent surveys on trade and distribution activities indicate that logistics costs represent a significant portion of overall operational expenses. Challenges like failed deliveries, prolonged storage, lack of real-time inventory control, and incident handling costs directly impact seller profitability. Modern consumer trends demand faster delivery at optimized costs, presenting a challenge for managers to not only deliver goods but to do so at the lowest possible cost per unit.

Fastock Vietnam's first pillar is the "logistics as a service" solution. This comprehensive service model covers everything from inbound receiving, standard warehousing, picking, and packing to delivery connections. It frees sellers and businesses from the burden of logistics and operations, automatically converting cumbersome fixed costs (like rent, permanent labor, and management systems) into flexible variable costs based on actual order volume.

The second pillar focuses on real-time warehouse management system (WMS) technology. Fastock Vietnam introduced an AI-powered warehouse management system that provides real-time data updates. Businesses can monitor inventory fluctuations, product locations, and order statuses 24/7. Through an automated barcode process, Fastock Vietnam ensures accurate order processing, reducing incorrect shipments during peak seasons.

The third pillar offers flexible service packages. Fastock Vietnam designs customized service packages tailored to specific business models and industry-specific supply chain solutions, including fashion, electronics, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Direct integration with J&T Express's extensive express delivery network and automated sorting centers reduces order processing and transit times, improving first-attempt delivery success rates and optimizing customer experience.

According to Ms. Tran Ngoc Ha, many businesses often focus resources on cutting marketing budgets or optimizing cost of goods sold, overlooking the "hidden budget line" in circulation and delivery. Shifting from traditional, self-operated logistics to a technology-integrated delivery ecosystem not only helps control efficiency but also directly increases profit per order. Fastock's fulfillment service provides a comprehensive warehousing and logistics ecosystem, not just storage space or packing labor. "The unit can handle all logistics, allowing brands and sellers to focus on product research, marketing, and enhancing brand value," Ms. Ha emphasized.
