The remaining deposit amount, which varies by car model, is then deducted at 100,000 dong per day until the total deposit is met.

Experts suggest this approach also benefits experienced drivers seeking a career change, allowing them to leverage their driving licenses and road experience without the initial pressure of a large investment. Furthermore, GSM's "Bike len Car" program offers a 500,000 dong bonus to motorcycle service drivers who hold a car license, upon signing a contract and completing seven days of work.

New recruits at GSM receive training on electric vehicle operation, app usage, and customer interaction, alongside a readiness assessment. Drivers who feel less confident in their driving abilities can opt for supplementary lessons, with 50% of the tuition fee refunded by GSM upon meeting the support program's conditions.

This process helps drivers become familiar with the vehicles, service procedures, and standards, while also strengthening their driving skills before they begin transporting passengers daily.

A GSM representative stated that the company's car drivers can achieve monthly earnings of 25-30 million dong, depending on their work performance and applicable policies. "Drivers in a Green SM car driving position receive a fixed salary and social insurance, in addition to revenue-based income and bonuses," the representative added. "The benefits and applicable conditions are communicated in detail, allowing each individual to assess them against their personal needs and capabilities."
