Greenfeed achieves global workplace recognition

Greenfeed has been recognized as a "Great Place to Work" globally, with 95% of its employees across four countries praising its positive work environment and comprehensive benefits.

In July, Greenfeed earned "Great Place to Work" certification, a global ranking recognizing workplaces highly regarded by their employees. The certification, awarded by the international organization Great Place To Work, is based on an independent and comprehensive survey of more than 2,400 Greenfeed employees across four operating countries: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.

The survey revealed that 95% of employees consider Greenfeed a great place to work, significantly higher than the 59% average for typical companies. The company also achieved an average positive rating of 92% across all criteria. This result reflects a consensus among its multinational, multi-ethnic, and multicultural workforce.

This certification reaffirms Greenfeed’s commitment to fostering a positive and sustainable work environment, enhancing its employer brand as it expands regionally and internationally. Beyond external recognition, participating in this globally recognized workplace survey allows Greenfeed to benchmark its quality against international standards. This provides insights into employee perspectives, enabling the company to refine its talent development programs and benefits policies.

To keep pace with digital transformation, market fluctuations, and the demand for skilled professionals in the food and agriculture industry, Greenfeed recognizes its employees as its most valuable asset. The company is dedicated to building a supportive and humane environment where individuals receive comprehensive care for holistic development and find purpose in their contributions.

Accordingly, a series of internal programs have been implemented across all four countries as part of its commitment to employee well-being. Notable programs include GreenCare, which focuses on the physical and mental health of employees and their families; and the "Wings of Dreams" scholarship program, providing over 1,500 scholarships for children of Greenfeed employees. Team-building activities, Greenfeed Day, Sporty Day, and the Year End Party bring together employees from various offices, factories, and farms across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, fostering cultural exchange and team spirit. The survey results indicate that 92% of employees feel genuinely cared for by the company, both physically and mentally.

Rather than simply managing personnel, Greenfeed focuses on nurturing talent. Development programs include the Leader for Goodness program (comprising five sub-programs: GreenSeed, GreenShine, GreenLead, GreenExperts, and G30+); along with various training and upskilling programs, totaling over 49,000 training hours and over 5,000 participants in 2024. The Individual Development Plan (IDP) program allows each employee to personalize their learning journey, from technical expertise and management to innovation, setting short-term, mid-term, and long-term development goals within the organization.

The survey also found that 90% of employees are confident in the expertise of their colleagues and leaders, feeling part of a professional and stable team. Additionally, 90% believe the company encourages innovation and provides opportunities for employee contributions. This is Greenfeed’s unique "personnel formula": comprehensive care for every aspect of well-being, fostering a positive internal culture that naturally extends outwards.

Greenfeed is redefining modern agriculture for the younger generation, transforming it from a traditional sector to one driven by technology, innovation, and growth potential. The company is investing heavily in IoT, AI, and big data solutions across its entire food value chain, from smart farm management and animal nutrition to transparent traceability.

The 3F Plus closed-loop food value chain model allows Greenfeed to control quality from farm to table, ensuring clean, transparent, and traceable food sources. Beyond production, the company collaborates with universities to organize talks and vocational training, fostering a skilled workforce for a modern and sustainable food and agriculture industry.

Greenfeed is a leading agricultural and food corporation in Vietnam, operating a closed-loop system "from farm to table." With a mission to improve food quality and Vietnamese lives, the company focuses on animal feed production, pig farming, food processing, and product distribution.

Great Place To Work, a global authority headquartered in the US, specializes in workplace culture research and assessment across over 60 countries. It is the organization behind Fortune's "100 Best Companies to Work For" ranking, based on employee experience and trust in their organizations. The "Great Place to Work" certification reflects employee satisfaction across five dimensions: camaraderie, credibility, fairness, pride, and respect.
