Immediately following the groundbreaking ceremony, contractors mobilized machinery and began deploying the project's basic technical infrastructure. The developer emphasized that the technical infrastructure system is being implemented synchronously from the initial stage, laying the groundwork for a smart residential area. This approach aims to foster a civilized, cohesive, and sustainable residential community.

The approved design specifies that all 272 structures will be built uniformly, reaching 4-5 stories high, to accommodate over one thousand residents. Strategically located in Yen My, the project targets individuals seeking long-term residence in the area, including professionals, engineers, and workers employed in nearby industrial zones.
A key highlight of the Yen My Smart Residential Area is its planning orientation. The project adopts a low-rise residential model, integrating living spaces, green landscapes, technical infrastructure, and community amenities to create a cohesive and convenient residential environment. Aesthetically, the entire project features a synchronized color palette, blending modern and neoclassical architectural styles.
