Top Chef Vietnam is a competition for professional chefs, where many culinary ideas are shaped by a deep understanding of ingredients. This year's season 4 of Top Chef carries the message, "Leaving a mark of Vietnamese cuisine on the world's dining table." Across 12 episodes, the top 14 chefs will tackle challenges centered on local produce, regional specialties, memories of family meals, and the spirit of street food. From these, they will create dishes with a personal touch, using contemporary culinary thinking.
To bring these ideas to fruition, chefs require not only skill but also ingredient solutions that offer consistent quality, high versatility, and the ability to inspire creativity.
A brand representative stated that through Top Chef Vietnam 2026, Andros Professional aims to inspire chefs to see fruit not just as a familiar ingredient, but as a creative medium in fine dining dishes. Using familiar Vietnamese produce, chefs can develop new expressions, combining local identity with modern culinary approaches.
A highlight of this year's program is the participation of Mr. Valentin Tran, General Director of Andros Vietnam, as a guest judge during the selection rounds. With years of experience working with chefs, pastry artists, and mixologists, he offers insights into ingredient utilization and the role of fruit-based solutions in enhancing culinary experiences.
