Operating since 2007, HD SAISON was the first consumer finance company licensed by the State Bank of Vietnam. The company was developed through a partnership between Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) and Credit Saison, a Japanese consumer finance group.

By the end of June 2026, the company served over 17,5 million customers through 28,600 service points nationwide. In the first half of the year, outstanding loans reached 25,500 billion VND, and disbursement volume increased by 34,6% compared to the same period. Pre-tax profit amounted to 804 billion VND, a 13,4% increase.

The company also provides credit products for electric moto and energy-saving equipment.
