International logistics group ID Logistics has signed an agreement to lease unit S440, a 40,900 square meter (4.09 hectares) logistics warehouse at Panattoni Park Sittingbourne. According to Panattoni, this transaction represents the largest lease deal of the year in the Southeast region.
ID Logistics expects to take over the facility from early 1/2026, with operations commencing in 5/2026. The S440 warehouse boasts a 15-meter clear internal height, diverse loading bay systems, a 50-meter-wide service yard, and pre-installed rooftop solar panels. Strategically located approximately 4 miles from junction 5 of the M2 motorway, between London and Dover Port, the site offers excellent connectivity for UK goods distribution and port-linked logistics.

This new contract expands ID Logistics' operational footprint to over 167,200 square meters (16.7 hectares) of warehouse space across Panattoni Parks in Europe. A Panattoni UK representative stated that ID Logistics' selection of Panattoni Park Sittingbourne underscores the project's scale, quality, and strategic location. The deal further highlights strong demand along the M2 corridor, especially amid the increasing scarcity of large, high-quality industrial space in the Southeast.
Currently, Panattoni Park Sittingbourne has one remaining speculative warehouse unit, measuring 19,045 square meters (1.9 hectares), available for lease.
