From May, J&T Express has enabled users to share referral links, codes, or QR codes directly with friends and family via popular platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, or SMS messages.

New users who use a referral code or link, download the app, and successfully register an account will receive a voucher package for reduced shipping fees, totaling up to 100,000 dong. These vouchers are valid until 31/7.

Referrers, in addition to shipping fee reduction vouchers, can also receive shopping vouchers worth up to 150,000 dong when successfully referring three and 10 new users. The period for collecting shopping vouchers extends until 30/6.

Ngoc Nhi, an office worker in Ho Chi Minh City, stated that sharing the app becomes more appealing when both parties benefit. "My friends often need to send items, so having a referral code makes it easier for them to try it out. I also get additional shipping discount vouchers, which is quite convenient," Nhi shared.

According to many users, besides the incentives, the convenience of the sharing process also contributes to the popularity of the referral method. With just a few taps on their phone, users can send referral codes or links directly via familiar messaging platforms.

Additionally, shipping fee information is displayed before order confirmation, allowing users to consider costs and choose the most suitable shipping method. Real-time tracking of shipments directly on the app also enhances user control over their personal shipping experience.

Thong Minh (33), an office worker from Hoa Hung ward, Ho Chi Minh City, noted that the app provides a flexible solution for urgent shipping needs. "One time I needed to send something urgently to a relative but couldn't go to the post office, so I tried placing an order directly on the app. The order creation was fast, and the shipping fees were clearly displayed, which was very convenient," Minh shared.

According to Minh, after multiple uses, he actively introduced the app to friends and colleagues with similar personal shipping needs. "For those who are busy or find it inconvenient to travel, creating orders and tracking shipments directly on their phone is very suitable," he added.
