As tax management for business households increasingly shifts towards digital environments and data transparency, many small shops and traders face pressure to adapt their operational methods.
Previously, revenue management relied heavily on manual records, cash transactions, or personal experience. Now, requirements for electronic invoices, tax declarations, and document storage compel business households to track cash flow more systematically, clearly separating revenue and tracing transactions. The lack of dedicated staff and concerns about administrative errors also add pressure during this transition.
To meet these new management requirements, KienlongBank upgraded MyShop to version 5.0, supporting the identification of accounts under the correct business household entity and separating payment cash flow. After a customer transfers money, funds are deposited directly into the official account of the business household. This ensures revenue is automatically recorded, transactions are clearly traced, and reconciliation, reporting, and tax obligations are simplified.
The bank stated that upgrading from the old MyShop to version 5.0 does not affect customer data or business operations.

Beyond payment functions, MyShop 5.0 also stores transaction data, creating a more transparent financial profile for business households. This serves as a basis for customers to access credit policies or capital for business expansion.
A bank representative said MyShop 5.0 aims to become a platform that helps business households adopt modern management practices during digital transformation and changes in tax management methods.
"KienlongBank wants MyShop 5.0 to be a companion for business households during tax and digital transformation. Shop owners can focus on sales, while the system will handle payment needs, revenue recording, cash flow management, and compliance support simply and transparently," a bank representative stated.
Recently, KienlongBank also signed a cooperation agreement with the tax authority in Dong Nai to connect MyShop 5.0 with the eTax Mobile application. According to the bank, this integration allows business households to more conveniently look up, track, and fulfill online tax obligations.

KienlongBank expects MyShop 5.0 to reduce the burden of transformation for small business households while supporting cash flow, payment, and revenue management directly within the KienlongBank Plus digital ecosystem, rather than using multiple disparate tools.
