The program featured networking activities, artistic performances, and a lucky draw for attendees. Key prizes included a Toyota Camry 2.5HEV TOP car, 250 million dong in cash, and a Honda SH motorbike. The organizers also recognized sales staff for their performance at the project.
Speaking at the event, Dang Thi Kim Oanh, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Kim Oanh Group, emphasized that customer trust drives the company's ability to deliver projects on schedule. She noted that partners such as Hoa Binh Group and OCB Bank contributed to ensuring construction quality and providing financial support for homebuyers.

During the event, several customers shared their experiences after receiving their homes. Mai Hoang Quan, for example, stated that he chose Legacy Central based on the project's progress and proven quality.
Located in the Thuan An area, Legacy Central comprises two blocks with over 1,800 apartments, designed to meet the needs of genuine homebuyers. The project was handed over in 2024 and has already established a thriving resident community.

According to the developer, most apartments have received ownership certificates, and internal amenities are now operational.

To Duy Chinh, Deputy General Director of Sales at Kim Oanh Land, stated that drawing on experience from projects like Legacy Central, The EastGate, Richland Residence, and K-Home New City, the company is launching a series of new developments featuring improved planning, design, and technology.
He added that in Quarter II, the company plans to launch approximately 4,000 K-Home branded apartments, including: K-Home Avenue (Nhon Trach), K-Home Cityview (Bien Hoa), and K-Home Midtown (Trang Bom).
