At the "Partner and Press Meeting - LivWell 2026" event on 7/7 in Ho Chi Minh City, health technology platform LivWell announced a new strategic shift with a focus on holistic wellness. The company not only upgraded its OneHealth employee benefits solution but also implemented a specialized group insurance strategy, marking a significant milestone in its operations in the Vietnamese market.

As part of this roadmap, LivWell signed strategic partnerships with InSmart and DiaB. Through its collaboration with InSmart, the platform integrates claims processing and benefits tracking directly within the application, simplifying procedures for users. Meanwhile, the partnership with DiaB introduces remote health consultation programs, personalized nutrition plans, and chronic disease management solutions, shifting from financial protection to proactive health improvement.

Nikhil Verma, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of LivWell Holdings, emphasized that health benefits should support employees daily, rather than only during incidents. OneHealth aims to help businesses create a healthy work environment where employee health is proactively and seamlessly managed, from digital platforms to real-world experiences. The application optimizes welfare investment costs for businesses while helping employees foster healthy lifestyles as part of company culture.

Beyond the corporate segment, LivWell focuses on developing customized insurance solutions for specialized medical conditions. LivWell aims to lead in providing solutions for conditions often overlooked by traditional insurance, starting with a program for recurrent cancer.

Balakrishnan Ambat, General Manager of LivWell in Vietnam, stated that the future of healthcare needs to extend beyond hospital bill payments. According to him, medical care must begin with helping people live proactively healthy lives and prevent illness, while ensuring appropriate financial support when facing complex conditions.
