Digital finance day 2026 is organized by the Ngan hang Nha nuoc, in collaboration with Tuoi Tre newspaper and other relevant units. After seven years of implementation, the program has become a large-scale annual event in the finance and banking sector. It significantly contributes to raising public awareness about cashless payments and promotes the application of digital technology in daily life, expanding access to modern financial services.

This year's program, themed "Smart payment – Promoting digital finance", aims to disseminate modern payment methods, foster financial inclusion, and help achieve national digital transformation goals. Activities for digital finance day 2026 are scheduled from May to September.

A representative from LPBank stated that participating in digital finance day 2026 continues the bank's ongoing investment and development in technology over many years. LPBank identifies technology as the foundation for enhancing customer experience, optimizing services, and broadening financial access for diverse user groups.

LPBank continually develops new platforms, such as the LPBank Plus application, which integrates artificial intelligence (AI) with many features to support customers in their daily transactions. The bank also implemented Lumi, an AI-powered call center that enhances service capabilities and reduces request processing times. Through these platforms, LPBank is gradually completing its ecosystem of modern services, aiming to provide convenient, accessible, and more tailored experiences for customers' evolving needs.

According to Dang Cong Hoan, Deputy General Director and Director of Retail Banking at LPBank, the bank focuses on building smart, modern, and comprehensive financial solutions to effectively serve various customer segments. These include young people, workers, civil servants, public employees, armed forces members, business households, priority individual customers, and social welfare recipients. "We want high-tech products and services to help people access financial services more easily, safely, and conveniently", Mr. Hoan said.

Mr. Hoan noted that in the context of rapidly changing business models and consumer behavior driven by digital transformation, expanding access to modern services is a development requirement for each organization. It is also an important driver for economic growth. By accompanying digital finance day 2026, LPBank continues to participate in popularizing modern financial utilities to the community. In line with the bank's direction, technology serves as both a transaction support tool and a contributor to creating simpler, safer, and more convenient experiences for customers in daily life.
