According to a company representative, the new name reflects its core values and future direction. "Modern" signifies a contemporary, flexible, and innovation-driven spirit. "Village" emphasizes community connection and local identity, foundational values for the company's growth. "Lifestyle" illustrates its ambition to expand beyond traditional lodging services, aiming to align with customers' diverse lifestyles. The new identity also reaffirms its objective of "Hospitality by humanity, for humanity," placing people at the center of every experience and community engagement.
Nguyen Hai Ninh, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Modern Village Lifestyle, stated that M Village was established with the goal of creating modern, well-designed spaces that foster a sense of connection for guests. Starting with its first property in TP HCM, the company has expanded to many cities with brands catering to various accommodation needs. He explained that this rebranding is a crucial step to introduce new lodging models, enhance service experiences, and broaden lifestyle offerings for customers.

The repositioning as Modern Village Lifestyle serves as a foundation to systematize member brands, standardize service experiences, and elevate multi-brand management capabilities to international standards, meeting the demands of the accommodation market.
The ecosystem includes urban hotel brands such as: M Village Hotel, Express by M Village, and Savvy, alongside resort lines like Signature and Grand Signature. The company plans to further broaden its portfolio with upcoming brands, including Prestige, a luxury resort segment, and Harmony Living Suites, a premium serviced apartment model for long-term stays.
