MediaMart electronics superstore offers deep discounts for Black Friday

Consumers have the opportunity to upgrade TVs, refrigerators, and washing machines with significant promotional prices, free delivery and installation, or 0% interest installment plans.

MediaMart has launched its "real discounts, double the gifts" campaign across its entire superstore system, website, and online channels for Black Friday. The campaign is divided into three consecutive promotional phases, creating a continuous demand-stimulating chain from 20/11 to 5/12.

The first phase, "dark week - unbeatable prices," ran from 20-27/11, featuring daily flash sales on thousands of electronics, home appliances, and technology products with discounts of up to 70%. Many products saw significant promotions, including: a 55-inch smart TV reduced by 8 million VND, now 6,99 million VND; a 9,5 kg front-load washing machine with an additional 4 million VND off, now 4,99 million VND; and an inverter two-door refrigerator priced at 4,39 million VND.

The second phase, "unbeatable prices," took place from 28-30/11, offering a second round of discounts, cumulative benefits when purchasing combos, and an additional 2 million VND off for trade-ins. Highlights included: a 55-inch smart TV for 6,49 million VND; four-door refrigerators starting from 9,4 million VND; and front-load washing machines priced similarly to top-load models.

The third phase, "final deals - double rewards," ran from 1-5/12. During this concluding phase of the Black Friday season, MediaMart focused on customer appreciation through a series of additional offers. Numerous discount vouchers were distributed to consumers, applicable to best-selling products such as: TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, air fryers, and home appliances.

Beyond significant product discounts, MediaMart also prioritized after-sales services. The superstore system offered policies such as free delivery and installation within four hours, one-to-one exchanges within 30 days, and continued 0% interest installment plans.

A company representative stated that customer traffic significantly increased at some MediaMart electronics superstores in Hanoi since last weekend. The display areas for TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, and home appliances garnered the most consumer interest. Many customers used their phones to scan QR codes on individual products to check original prices, promotional prices, and accompanying gifts before making a purchase decision.

According to an internal survey conducted with over 500 customers who participated in the "flash sale" in 11/2024, MediaMart reported that 87% of consumers confirmed the Black Friday program offered "real discounts, exactly as advertised." Furthermore, 92% stated they would return to this electronics superstore system for shopping during "Black Friday 2025" if the promotions continued to maintain their quality and transparent pricing.

"All promotional programs are publicly listed on the website and in stores. Each product is equipped with a QR code, allowing customers to quickly access original prices and check promotions directly at the display shelves. This is not only a demand-stimulating strategy but also a long-term investment in consumer trust in the brand," stated Mr. Vuong Tuan Anh, Sales Director of MediaMart.
