At the event, a company representative shared that Moc Chau Creamery signifies a strategic transformation for the business in a new phase. After nearly 70 years of serving Vietnamese consumers, Moc Chau Milk aims to elevate its traditional milk line by introducing a premium brand where quality is paramount and consumer experience is central.
"Moc Chau Creamery is a culmination of favorable natural conditions, professional dedication, and the bond between cows and people. We believe the understanding, meticulousness, and craftsmanship of Moc Chau dairy producers ensure consistent quality and innovation in every product, reflecting a milk made with skill and time," the representative emphasized.

The brand story, themed "heritage flow," was conveyed through imagery symbolizing the enduring blend of nature, people, space, and time. This flow originated in the Moc Chau region in 1958. A combination of performance art, music, visuals, and true stories from dairy professionals guided attendees on an emotional journey, where experience is passed down, dairy instincts are continued, and passion is nurtured across generations for nearly 70 years.
Moc Chau Creamery highlights its premium single-source value, where every drop of milk originates from a closed ecosystem in Moc Chau's "golden milk belt." This area boasts an altitude of 1,050 meters, an average temperature of 15-20 degrees Celsius, and cool weather year-round. The milk's quality stems from the region's unique natural conditions and has been preserved consistently for generations. However, the core value distinguishing the product lies not just in the land but also in its people.
"It is the imprint of generations-old dairy craftsmanship – where experience, understanding of the herd, and professional instinct play a central role in every stage. Modern technology and processes serve as a supportive platform to preserve and fully honor the original milk quality," the company representative shared.
A highlight of the program was the recreation of Moc Chau's "living heritage," featuring generations of farmers, engineers, and long-time professionals, alongside young successors continuing the tradition. Through their authentic stories and shared experiences at the event, attendees gained insight into the journey of preserving raw materials, caring for the herd, and the meticulousness in every step of milk production.

Beyond brand significance, the event reaffirmed Moc Chau Creamery's commitment to sustainable development, built on preserving and continuing Moc Chau's generations-old dairy tradition. The company defines sustainability as not only in the product but also in conserving and developing dairy craftsmanship.
Moc Chau Creamery identifies its role as partnering with farmers, helping preserve traditional livelihoods, enhancing local labor value, and enabling sustainable knowledge transfer across generations. Through selective investment, developing local value chains, and respecting indigenous rhythms, the company aims to create a positive, long-term impact on the community, where economic development goes hand-in-hand with preserving identity and the living environment.
"From Moc Chau, the company aims to contribute to a new development approach for Vietnam's agriculture and food industry: development based on local roots, human-centric, and with sustainability as the foundation for long-term growth," the company representative affirmed.
The launch ceremony concluded with the unveiling of Moc Chau Creamery's new logo, symbolizing simplicity and modernity, while retaining the distinctive features of the plateau and dairy cows.
